Lee Everett vs Rick Grimes
This is TV series Rick, and obviously... Game Lee.
Rick stole Clementine and has threatened Lee that he'll hurt her, Lee has Carl, but doesn't have the heart to make Carl more scared then he already is.
Regardless, they have basic knowledge of each other.
This is Lee who has canonically won every fight he can get in, but with an unbitten arm.
Battle takes place in the middle of the road, with no outside help or Walkers to intervene.
Who takes this?
Lee has beaten Molly in a fight, when he was off-guard. Molly is an implied Martial Artist with tons of experience killing anything that moves.
Can canonically choke and kill the Stranger with only one arm after he was bitten and close to death.
Beat the living shit out of Andy.
Beaten down Kenny when he was at his near-angriest.
Killed more walkers directly then anyone else in the games and indirectly.
Didn't Pete nearly kill Rick?
Rick isn't exactly a tough guy, just because you get into a lot of fights, doesn't automatically make you a tough guy.
Rick got dropped with one punch by Merle, got man-handled by the Governer, he beat Shane, needed help to beat up Tyreese.
Lee has canonically won all his fights, except one, against Larry, while Lee was off-guard, and desperate to help everyone, and when he gets up he just shrugs it off.
Also, Lee's durability is pretty good, he survived a car crash, and not even an hour later survived slipping on blood and getting slammed on his neck. I think Lee can take this. Rick has become sort of a joke in H2H what with him almost losing to Pete.
Rick has lost more fights then he has won.
Oh, and Rick got knocked out by Michonne, Lee wouldn't have, I can promise you that.

While Molly is considerably one of the most formidable, to kill anything that moves is a baseless assumption.

That part where he fought through a horde with just one arm was freaking awesome. However, Rick cleaned entire cellblocks full of Walkers on his own that one season.

You make surviving the car crash sound like he got hit by the car directly and, no, Lee did not slam his neck when he slipped.

The only time Lee got help was when they had a gun, and even then, its not a very threatening blow, they still have enough in them to fight at full capacity.
When he slipped on the blood in Clementine's house? Yes, he most certainly did he his head.
Clementine was never a HUGE help to Lee during fights, shes just usually the one that gives him a chance to strike.
In the Andy fight, if you pick Doug and helped Kenny kill Larry, it's a totally Fair Fight, not only that, but Andy has enough time to get to his feet first, on top of that, Lee
Clementine hitting the stranger with a bottle does not really affect him at all, it just gives Lee enough time to pounce on him, which, in all honesty, doesn't even work.
You can't argue against possible choices that can be canon.
Yeah, Pete had a good hold on Rick, but... All he was really just some abusive husband dude. Rick's training and experience really hasn't shown all that much.
Lee died because of a bite, not by getting his ass kicked every time he got into a fight
