Definitely Maul.

The Ketos weren't bad, but they aren't a match for a full rule of two sith lord like Darth Maul.

She has good sorcery, but Maul can defend against that, and she lacks anything but sorcery.

But her Magic was really OP. She was able to make fleet-sized illusions and cast spells that made it seem their swords transformed to snakes and attacked them. She also can turn people into charred skeletons when she was an acolyte.

Wasn't the fleet one with amplifier...?

And still, strong force users can overcome illusions. That kind of stuff is really useful against non-sensitives, but Maul is going to shrug it off and see through it. It's not like it's even Memory Walk.
