Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece vs Itachi Uchiha from Naruto

.both are bloodlusted

.both have some knowledge about each other

Round 1. Doffy is not allowed to use birdcage and parasite. Itachi is not allowed to use tsukuyomi.

Round 2. All goes.

They fights in the forests surrounding Konoha.

Itachi's only chance of winning is if he seals Dofi.

Anyway, Birdcage is useless against the Naruto verse. Those guys have teleportations or replacement Justus.
