Did it change their powers in any way? Its still an accurate representation, and its an official comic albeit non-canon.
Well, seeing as they were at war, I can argue Aquaman began working out like crazy to buff himself up.
Or added Atlantean spells/artifacts to make himself stronger.
IOW, no, their powers did not change, but their powerLEVELS are different.
We don't know what experiences they had in that timeline, which would have affected their powerlevels.
Superman being a prime example. Still Kryptonian, still with the same powers of flight strength etc....but vastly different levels.

OK.
Aquaman is stronger than Superman.
As proof, I shall use the version of Superman from Flashpoint. Who had been cooped up underground for years.

It's not as if she let him go, he clearly broke out of her hold, using his strength.
It's kinda dubious when he then falls into the trap situated ever so handily below him.

Batman One-Million can roughly lift around 50k max with the suit.Flash has beaten Superman in the past.
Batman beat Earth-3 Flash when Flash was going All-Out.
And WW helped pull the moon. 50k is not impressive.
So?
And again, so? And that one sounds dubious anyway.
Show me that Batman taking down Kryptonians and then maybe we'll talk.
