i think he'd need to be at his blood ties level to have a chance to win this, and he was only at that level because he was amped off the faith of his followers. at his general level, i'd take black for sure. i i know he was able to drain some psychic energy from nate at one point though, so if he can do that he could make it a match.... there really isn't any reason black couldn't replicate xavier's powers hit down strategy though.

It depends on how long the battle goes for. Exodus does have his psychic vampire thing to his favor, where he can actually feed off the psychic energy around him.
As time goes on, Exodus should be able to absorb more and more psychic energy, to the point where he's at least Blood Ties level... and the fight would swing to his favor.
