Ven Zallow blitzed two Sith Warriors simultaneously (who were counted among the best of the Empire), deflected firepower of Eleena Daru while not even looking at her, overwhelmed Lord Adraas and was able to hold his own against Darth Malgus for a while. On top of these accomplishments, he was highly acrobatic and responsive.

In the larger picture:

Malgus regarded Zallow as the only Jedi worthy of his attention inside the Jedi Temple. Keep in mind that notable Jedi such as Bengel Morr and Usma also fought alongside Zallow in the Jedi Temple; Bengel Morr was a powerful Jedi (and sole survivor of the Sacking of Coruscant event inside the Jedi Temple) and Usma was counted among the finest swordsmen of the Jedi Order in general (Lord Praven killed her).
