That's a no limit fallacy. Assuming physical powers is bad, assuming someone having a skill in something just because they have shown in something else is even bad. At least assuming some physical capabilities can be logical ,fighting skills are are whole another thing, but then again..

Main problem is that though both Bourne and Martin demonstrate insane hand-to-hand combat skills and resourcefulness, no matter what the Transporter goes through he pretty much walks away at near 100% and ready to go again. He never sustains major injury no matter how out there the odds are. Bourne limps away, gets slowed by bullet wounds, takes notable damage.

In terms of resilience, I'd argue that Aaron from Legacy would be a better match than Bourne.
