Scenario one:

Windu ≤ Dooku 6/10
TCW Maul ≤ RoTJ Vader 7/10

Scenario two:

Windu ≤ Vader 6/10
Maul < Dooku 8/10

The only thing giving team one a chance is a RotJ vader who imo is out of his prime.

Even so, I'm going team two 8/10

That was for Round 3

Round 2 Team two 10/10
Round 1 long battle but probably Team two 6/10

Team 2

Sabers: might be even a split
The Force : Dooku and Vader every single time with less then moderate difficulty
All out: - team 2 in - perhaps - close fight

Team 1 holds the saber advantage while team 2 holds a force advantage.

I'll have to put more thought in it since feats from EU/Canon are being used. Does that mean accolades aren't being considered. New canon has Vader seems to rank Vader much higher in comparison to the other characters, and is canonically superior to people Dooku struggles with.
