Dathomir? Team 2, definitively. Even assuming Soa were to lose his fight, Gethzerion and Talzin win theirs and proceed to utterly tool the last fighter. Meanwhile some would argue that Soa is the strongest fighter on the field.

EDIT: If team one loses, add Exar Kun.

Team 2 wins on Dathomir. Talzin and Gethzerion are both utter beasts on the planet (near Sidious level), and Soa himself is definitely on this playing field if we consider hype and feats for him (Apparently the GGW was irrelevant compared to Soa's possible release). And even if Soa loses, as Skillz said, the Witches just double-team the guy who beat Soa.

Probably team 2, but Kun's presence turns this in favor of team 1.

Well, let's see.

Caedus is between TPM Sidious and ROTS Sidious.
Given how Plagueis died, so is he. So figure those two are fighting the witches and letting Krayt take Soa.

Caedus, to his credit, has one HELL of a bag of tricks and will start using them. He probably fights Talzin. Caedus's best strategy is hide in the Force and then go into melee.

Plagueis isn't an easy kill for Geth either. He'll last quite a long time, even if Geth is superior.

So Team 1 might pull it off. Mostly depends on how Caedus deals with an amped witch. Which he can do, as long as he uses some strategy.

But how does Krayt fare against Soa?

Krayt will eventually kill Soa, but that third duel is the least relevant part of the fight. It's mostly the witches vs. Caedus and Plaguies that matters.

Luke far surpassed DE sidious by the time he fought Caedus, Caedus is above DE sidious in terms of individual power and combat ability.

Which is only relevant as a measuring stick for Caedus, which helps a lot.
