Lord Hoth vs. PoD Bane

Setting: Hoth

No amp/prep time.

Who wins?

I haven't read Bane's trylogy for long time. Wasn't Hoth considered as the strongest member of Army of Light? If he was, then he should be somehow superior to Raskta (being comperable duelist to her, and superior Force user should be enough to kill that version of Bane).

I think he was in all out (at least according to Pernicar), but Raskta still strikes me as the best saber wise. Hoth doesn't strike me as a better duelist than Kas'im or Raskta though, and he definitely doesn't strike me as Bane's superior as a force weilder, so I'd definitely give Bane the win here.

Be mindful that this is PoD Bane here, not Orbalisk Bane. So being better than Lsu in all-out should be enough.

Hoth doesn't get BM like Raskta though. Dmb's evaluation is on point. Hoth's likely a weaker duelist than Kas'im or Lsu, though more powerful, but still not as powerful as Bane is even at this point. Bane was laughably above Hoth's counterpart, afterall.
