New Avengers vs. Old Avengers

New Avengers team:

Vision
Falcon
Warmachine
Quicksilver
Scarlet Witch

Old Avengers team:

Ironman
Captain America
Hulk
Thor
Hawkeye (feel free to replace with Black Widow if you feel she's a better addition to the team)

Conditions:

1. No prep, but all combatants have basic knowledge about each other - the same amount of knowledge they had about each other at the end of Age of Ultron
2. Stark can't hack or control Warmachine's or Falcon's equipment
3. Fight takes place in the flying city of Sekovia but has a domed shield around it so no one can fall off and no one can be BFR'd
4. Everyone has the same equipment they had at the final fight in Age of Ultron
5. Morals are off, everyone is going for the kill.

New Avengers.

Not seeing how they take out Vision. Quicksilver will be a problem too.

Hulk and Thor are the deciding factors in this one.

Scarlett Witch > Hulk, then team New sit back while Vision and QS pick off stragglers and injured.

Vision and Witch are bigger guns than Thor and Hulk, New avengers win

It took Ironman 5 minutes flat to KO a raging Hulk. Im sure Vision can do more damage, being made of vibranium AND wielding the mind gem.

As for SW being dropped by hawkeye, sweet, so we agree.

Hawkeye > SW > Hulk?

Vision is made of vibranium.... that doesn't mean he has enough strength to KO Hulk. Strength does not equal durability.

Besides, if Vision spends 5 minutes to KO Hulk, Thor would have demolished the other team by then. A better pairing would be Vision matching up Thor and SW trying to bewitch Hulk.

On an open battlefield, Thor destroys SW with ease. There is nothing to suggest that she can defend against anything in his arsenal. A single hammer blow or lightning strike will surely incapacitate her.

Old Avengers, more raw power, and the advantage of actually having worked together as a team for a long periode of time. The biggest problem would be Quicksilver, but in a open field, not enclosed space like the ship, he is easier to fight off.

Well firstly you mean "Veronica" not Iron Man, Tony can't do squat to the Hulk in his regular armour, hell even the Hulkbuster couldn't do anything to truly hurt the Hulk. Secondly when Tony delivered the suckerpunch Hulk wasn't raging he had already snapped out of it and calmed down so you're wrong on both counts.

While I agree with your first paragraph, I have to disagree with Vision getting manhandled by Ultron. Vision knocked himself out after he burnt out Ultron from the net.That's why he got manhandled and not because Ultron was able to dominate him.

Tired of this from people who refuse to believe their eyes. Watch the fight again, pause at the moment before Tonys fist comes slamming into Hulks head, what you'll see is Hulk 'ping' back up to angry right there, he actually looks like he's about to get back up and start a fresh rage again. He got knocked out while Angry.
