The only version of Fate that Zatanna takes a clear majority on is nu52.
Against Kent V an argument could be made for a split based on her highs.

Zee on feats is quite a bit above her dad.

Oh and Zatara was close friends with MANY mystics. It's stated quite a lot in her back story that she learned from Sargon, and many others.
