It's worth noting that MNer ruptured Apollo's eardrums with a strike, and Apollo can crash into Earth at supersonic speeds, creating building-sized craters, and be unharmed.
Skill edge is moot, given MNer's battle computer. He fought Zealot to a flawless standstill for hours, and she's surely more skilled than Puck. There IS a limit past which MNer simply can't account for power gaps...the other guy is just too strong or fast. But Puck is within those limits, good as he is.
I don't exactly know who to give this to. But appealing to Puck's physical stats shouldn't be enough.
