Classic Nefaria should solo. Kurse should also be able to take a majority. As for Maestrom, dunno, don't know enough about him.

Since Superman walks around at peak levels, so can Hulk. WBH wins with his planet crushing blows, each punch can crack planets.

Not that I don't think Hulk could win but all the opponents can or should have planet crushing power specially Maelstrom absorbing the kinetic energy from Hulk he could be indestructible as well.
