Midnighter is all kinds of problems for the vigilantes. Coincidentally, there's no way MNer belongs on team soldier. He was a lone wolf vigilante for the early part of his career, before Jenny Sparks recruited him onto the Authority. Though this may be Nu52, and I'm not sure what they've done to his history.
Anyway, yeah, Soldiers roll in 1; prep makes it close in #2 and could go either way.
