Raiden a.k.a. "Jack the Ripper" from Metal Gear Solid 2 takes on a modern samurai who helds 2 world records. Can Raiden from MGS2 take him or Machii would kill him. this is a swordfight to the death with regular katanas. They fights inside an large Kendo Dojo.

Well Raiden can deflect bullets from a P90 sub machine gun but we don't know how much of it has to do with his increase in neurons firing off in his brain at the end of MGS2 and the fact that his Skull Suit uses the same technology as Solidus suit and the RAY units do.

But yeah, Raiden would curbstomp this guy.
