I'd say Malgus. Even though I see Skywalker as a superior duelist, Malgus's advantage in the Force abilities area is a major advantage. I just can't see Anakin dealing with Malgus's Force abilities.

What has Malgus actually done with the Force that competes with Anakin?

Anakin in all three.

2.Malgus.
3.Anakin.

Anakin's sabers advantage is greater than Malgus' Force advantage.

Can someone list Anakin's feats that put him above Malgus in the force?

Anyways, a while ago I've seen a nice Anakin RT on CV. He had some good Foirce feats listed there.
