I think Ben Grimm should take this. Just my own personal bias though.

Ben is likely stronger and more durable.

Proudstar is faster and can fly. Without the vibranium knives, I don't see him taking Grimm out, though.

Wasn't he just a poor man's Colossus back then and unless I'm mistaken he didn't even have any weapons? Thing should stomp.

PS, can Vibranium even cut Thing? I thought it's only claim to fame was that it was 'kryptonite' to other metals?

They're made out of the regular, Wakandan vibranium.

He much, much faster than Ben and can glide. I believe he is class 90 at well, so just as strong. Speed and stealth vs. wrestling. I give a slight edge to Ben.
