Two Men Harassed by Officers in FL

This video has been making rounds the past day or so, and I'm wondering you guys thoughts on it.

The premise is that two guys(both ethnic) were waiting on the sidewalk outside a Cricket Wireless store in a parking lot. It was night time, and they were sitting there peacefully until a cop showed off. This officer is a white female. The video doesn't show the entire scene, but it starts with the guy recording telling her that they're waiting on their boss to pick them up and take them to work. He even says if he had a car, this wouldn't be an issue. The cop doesn't seem to care and doesn't accept that story. At one point she even radios in that they're black, despite them not actually being black. But backup showed up real quick after that. And then the suspects were still ignored about what they said. One was even a war vet.

As a war vet I know not to loiter as it is illegal.

Would you consider it loitering? It's two guys sitting there waiting to get picked up for work. It's not like they were just going to sit there for a few hours, then leave. Plus the parking lot was literally empty, they weren't bothering anyone.

Besides, even if they were wrong for that(it seems the boss picked that spot is it was easiest to pick them up directly on his way to work from some of the articles I've read), why not just ask to talk to their boss? If he could corroborate the story, and tell her he was say 10 minutes away, then he shows up 10 minutes later, wouldn't that solve everything?
