Who wins?

Probably Jaina for all. In the first round, their skill is pretty similar but Jaina's unorthodoxy gives her the win.

The HoT should be every bit as powerful as Jaina in raw power, but Jaina's actual showings (and varied displays of Force Power) transcend the Knight's.

And all-out goes to the Sword of the Jedi for the above reasons.

They're all excellent fights, though.
