Composite Spawn Vs Compsite Thanos

Round 3: Bloodlusted

So in Round 1, Thanos can use the HOTU and in Round 2, he can use the IG, and in Round 3, Thanos is bloodlusted and can use both?

Not necessarily, at one point Spawn was as powerful in his own Universe as Thanos was with IG. Not by feats but implied power. Anyway. Thanos. Way more to draw from. And a long history of badassery that Spawn just cant compete with.
