Herc in Chaos War restored the multiverse or only universe?
In Chaos War says that the multiverse was restored, but in Incredible Hulks #621 says that the universe.

Joker. They were both multiversal beings but from what I remember Joker was slightly more impressive. I dont think he is so much more powerful he can just transmute herc though. I think Herc is powerful enough he will be forced to avmctually battle him.

If that makes sense. But Joker should still win.

Joker never affected the multiverse to my knowledge,he just reformed the universe...

He was heading that way, though. 'Not just your universe, but everything that is, was, or will be'
