Rambo has his Mini-Machete, Colt M1911A1 with 40 rounds, Compound Bow with 30 arrows and a Dragunov SVD with 70 rounds.

Final Round: Hand-to-Hand with their barehands inside an steel caged ring.

Who wins and why?

Bump.

Drake wins because he's fought waves of enemies, survived things that should kill him and fought and won against magical shit for 3 games.

John's done about the same, save for the magic, for four movies. Longevity should not the key paradigm in determining the victor.

It's not the longevity, it's the scope and scale, which iirc Drake has much more under his belt and survives more impossible odds. Like lasting against immortal yetis.

Nathan would knock John Rambo out though, Gunfight's aside.
