98% of the time Destroyer wins everytime.

What leaves me scratching my head is the idea that the Destroyer has been damaged twice to my knowledge in the past 50 or less years. Once due to the combined assault of several Celestial's, which isn't anything to get riled up about, taking into account of just how powerful that race is. Then in a PIS moment at the hands of Thor no less. The Destroyer while obviously not indestructible, was touted as being far more durable than even Mjolnir. So again, one of these constructs may be superior to the other in terms of durability, but I have my doubts on either being able to damage the other. Sometimes there just isn't going to be a winner.

I tend to agree.
If the Aegis is still around in 50 years, odds are some writer will use it the same way as you describe for the Destroyer.
This isnt a stomp either way, really.
