Kingpin would have used his old school walking stick to electrocute TS. Possibly causing his heart to fail. Tombstone has a pace maker unless it was retconned.

He's had a surgery, true. The details weren't explained though, so maybe pacemaker wasn't necessary.

Using trickery probably allows Fisk to bag the win. I could see him pushing a button on his belt and gassing TS with some mess that he is immune to.

Old school KP was absolutely no joke. I'd give him the win without trickery.
