Anakin takes sabers, Vader takes Force, all-out is anybody's guess.

Assuming Anakin isn't emotionally hindered, of course.

Antoine Bandele has actually done a versus video on this. He states in the video that Vader's prime would be after Order 66, and not ROTJ. He has realized his mistake and I think the outcome would still be the same. I can imagine the responses I'm about to get.
