Pretty much. Din is famous, but he lost to Angral quite solidly, and Angral's not Obi Wan level.

Yea, he was still a quite-badass Master during the CW.

Din's best hope is to catch him with a force attack.

Orgus Din have greater experience and relatively superior Force powers on his side.
