Mace and Malgus should be equals, but I'd give edge to Mace due to Vaapad. HoT wont be able to beat either Maul or Vos. He can hold his own for a couple of minutes at best. And Barsen'thor is totaly outclassed.

Team 1 pretty comfortable.
