what is that movie

Hi I'm looking for the name of a horror movie I watch couple years ago on the movie network. Basically at the start of the movie there's this 2 teens inside of a house having a conversation and in the background outside the is a man whistling jack in the box while opens a switchblade swinging it arround then. Then these teen ends up somewhere with this guy creating g these challenges for him if he wants his friends to live. Please bare with me, short memory but thanks
