Yah. I got it as him getting bounced back , and the shockwaves from the hit destroying things around them - but the Racer just standing there, unmoved. You can even see the Racer being cut off midsentence.
When DCnU Darkseid realized that he wasn't gaining any ground against Anti-Monitor during their battle, he called-in Black Racer/Death to aide him. After Racer grazed AM once, Darkseid swiftly gained the distinct advantage. However, AM then used the ALE to take control of Black Racer and merge him with Flash... And then used 'Flash Racer' to help one-shot-kill Darkseid:
Given what we knew about the power Darkseid and Anti-Monitor wielded going into this battle, that scene made it clear that Black Racer/Death is pretty much the most powerful force in the DCU(aside from the ALE, of course.) IMO.
