Nadd and Muur. Nadd is far more powerful than Naga Sadow (who could kill armies of Massassi), knows every technique, killed more Jedi than any Lightsaber (Eat your heart out, Hord) and his spirit was doing things like causing cave collapses and what-not. And yeah Ommin and Amanoa were drawing power from him, the latter was only using his Sarcophagus. In the flesh he would have been too OP4me.
Muur's spirit was said to be stronger than both Vader and Krayt and was compared to Nadd. Although Vader did get stronger later on. But yeah, these two should handle Vader.

What? Also, Nadd's far, far more powerful than people who poison planets in the Force.
Are you talking about the sorceress of Ambria? She was using a ritual, which she was unable to control, and she died.
Vader, long before his prime is regarded as far more powerful than Kar Vastor, who well exceeds Mace (by the latter's own admission, though the gap in power is partially explained by that happening on a nexus), someone who is more powerful than council members with feats like the one I mentioned. You know what it means? That Vader is hugely more powerful than any Council member, except for Yoda.
And tearing planets as big as Coruscant apart (via Force energy)>poisoning them.
1. No, I'm talking about Ommin. The Sorceress of Ambria has nothing to do with Nadd.
2. If Yarael Poof is the one you're referencing, then lol. He had to kill himself so that the Infant of Shaa didn't activate, and that in no way suggests he's comparably powerful either, since, IIRC, he was just sealing the crack (or whatever).
Also, that logic kind of falls apart when you see Vader's performance against lesser Jedi like Roan Shryne and so on, and when you realize that none of the Jedi Council are actually planetary-level in Force power.
