Hillary calls for Outright Confiscation of Guns

Hillary says "gun control" isn't working and has called for the outright confiscation of guns:

After calling for the disarming of "hateful" individuals, as if that is even Constitutional or not a preemptive "thought crime," she continued to debase and defame the country as still being horribly racist and bigoted, ignoring the fact that numerous black Americans have achieved great success in both politics and business.

Sadly, neither Hillary or Obama will admit that, yes, while racism does still exist, it is more or less confined to the fringes of society and is usually only brought forth when race baiters from both sides stir things up and egg it on, resulting in displays of evil, such as what happened in Charleston.

They won't mention the truth, as it does nothing to further perpetuate their fear mongering and race-baiting divisive anti-gun agenda.

My hate of this ugly b**** has tripled now with her anti-American talk. If by some God-forsaken tragedy, Hell actually freezes over and she somehow does get elected people WILL defend their Contitutional right to bear arms and the blood of many innocent Americans will be on her head. I'm beginning to wish this b**** would suffer some kind of terrible accident for all of her treasonous talk of violating the second amendment.

Ah yes, the ol' "Ignore all the statistics that show racism is commonplace and has major effect on basic things like hiring, ignore the huge number of Birthers and people being overtly racist, ignore the racial biases in things like 'odds of going to jail for the exact same crimes, and length of sentences for the same,' statistics, it's *totally* the people calling it out that are the problem!" argument.

I guess it's too hard to accept that the things being pointed out, with heavy, heavy statistical support, actually exist.

Pointing out a problem exists isn't the same as making a problem. The opposite, it's the first step to solving one.

In general, I tend to take any small-time partisan site- really more blog sites than news sites- with a big grain of salt.

If it's one of those which is also saying something that'd be huge news if true, and contradicting someone's own words on the subject? Then it's very likely false. And if it's not, then I can wait a day and see it posted on all the real news sources.

It's like, if I see a headline, "Candidate says they'll be running on forcing all Churches to push Evangelical doctrine or be thrown in jail!" on a liberal one, that's another I can pretty safely dismiss.

Really, a lot of these sits are for gullible people who like getting worked up. If this stuff was actually news, then the real newsstations would cover it.

Fox is known to fudge stuff on occasion, and regularly does partisan spin, but it's still a news organization that tries to base it's stories on stuff that really happened, and if one can't find a source as legit as them that'll carry the story, that's a sign that it's almost certainly false.

And there is the matter that we just had the candidates say their stances and plans on precisely this, just a few days ago, super-publicly, with the world watching.

"Candidate A publicly said X, but someone other than A says that they're definitely going to do Y!" is almost always false and more about what the someone-other wants to be true than anything else.

If someone is literally taking someone else's words on what a candidate says over what the candidate actually says- like Star here on this, or all the times we were told that Obama was going to take our guns away for years, or like the Birthers- then that tells me they just don't care about what the facts really are.

So, yea, there's a bunch of reasons to not listen to this crap, whatever side it's from, but around here, odds are it's coming from a few very gullible conservative posters who raise confirmation bias to an artform.

On that note, the amendment only said a "well-regulated militia."

As in, it's for guns in the hands of organized, trained groups under regulation- like, 'regulation' is right there in the amendment.

I.e. it's talking about the National Guard. Not by name, but that sort of group.
