Tbh I haven't really looked at other's drafts in conjunction with the rules, but you're right.
Plus tech creation seems to be limited to just one level higher in this tournament, so you'd be facing an uphill battle on both those fronts.
If someone quotes this and edits it, take off the quote tags and post it normally. Makes it easier to edit again.

Note: Space Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, and the Speed Force is allowed provided that the drafted characters are low herald and below.
Maybe its just me but this seems a little pointless.
A) I cant think of a single character who can matter manip below mid herald.
B)why would any limit in the tourney be below the level that draft choices allow one to operate at?
In that case, I ask for a special case to reserve my picks, in case the forum rules against my 1st draft (after all, had I not called myself out, I would have been scot free!)
This late in the drafting period, I will need to know.
So, in case FS is out, that obv negates a lot of my strat (I would've cleared this, but that's what public drafts are for).
I would thus like to reserve:

Classic Juggernaut (mid-herald)
