Now not so much recently (cause I'm in my mid/late 50's) but for most of my 20's/30's and early 40's being drunk in the wee early hours was the norm. It's called a bender and you don't stop drinking. Nothing for me to go until the last nightclub closed and then head to either the casino or Seagull's leagues club that trade 24HR.

a) I was a DJ in a nightcub and worked every bloody weekend and never got a chance to part on a weekend because I usually kept the clubs I worked in open till 6am (which sort of pissed of the other DJ's who worked opposite me because they liked to kill it by 4 and go home and got shit from the management that I could keep crowds longer -drinkers in the bar)
b) every freakin nightclub on the gold coast (of which there are many ) would have "hospitality nights" on a different week night to encourage staff from other clubs to drink there. Guaranteed there would be a different club open every Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night that offered discounts to anyone who worked in hospitality.
You could be bloody sure I didn't miss that.

Edit: as far as I'm concerned, if carver continues having me on ignore, then he essentially forfeits his match, leaving me in the final.
We had our match, which started on Friday the 20th, as agreed - I sent my OP in, Carver agreed, and the fear of what he was facing caused him to throw in the towel rather than get eviscerated by me.
He then tried to save face, by throwing a tantrum - but he knows he would've lost convincingly.
BTW, for those wondering - never said Carver was cheating. I myself have asked Abhi, Galan and OAS for scans, and have sent my OPs to leo and OAS before - whilst those two have tried giving their opinions on my strats, I've never actually used their suggestions. So no, carver's not cheating.
I just don't think it right for him to throw in the towel on someone else's say so (as was happening at the start of this tourney) and which I suspect is happening now.

I was quoting the post before the one of your's I quoted, not the one after. That was what he said in that post.
