The question then would be how strong/durable he is and whether or not the girls could find/create so.e kind of opening. I don't see any of them surviving a saber hit in the event of such, though.
We all saw what happened when RWBY took on a giant uber mech that is honestly even more impressive than even Cartoon Clone Wars Grievous.
He shouldn't be able to keep up with Ruby when she's serious. He has no answer for Wiss' glyphs, can't take hits from Yang, and can't handle all of Blake's elemental clones.
Windu crushed his chest in a split second and was clearly above the featless Masters Grievous fought.
I see the fight going similarly. This is a great team who won't give him a chance to breathe and before he knows it he's dead.
He was actually pretty bada+s in the actual cartoon. He singlehandedly took out about half a dozen Jedi, 3 of which I know are Masters. Shaak-Ti, Aayla Secura, and Ki-Adi Mundi. He killed 3 of the no names and showed amazing strength, speed and skill. The masters were just injured. However he wasn't confident enough to fight a Republic gunship.
But as good as he was, his good is basically run of the mill in RWBY imo.

Also search for Windu during that cartoon. He was basically a superhero.
