Kun is the most dangerous lightsaber combatant in this.
He has a unique weapon (short hilt, double-blade, adjustable length / density), wields it with a unique style (based on multiple form mastery) and is equipped with Cortosis weave armor.
So he can, technically, strike right through opponents blades by adjusting his own on the fly and probably even "tank" some lightsaber hits due to his armor. The latter might be true for Krayt, too. But we know that Vader's armor doesn't protect him against lightsaber strikes (his helmet being a possible exception).
On the flipside, Exar Kun's sword and style are famous, one of the most famous in history. Like, no-one will not be expecting the second blade- well, maybe Arcann, who knows what education is like in the Eternal Empire? But the others at least.
And double sabers- if ones without quite as many features- are common in Krayt's time at least.
No, Kun's weapon was infamous but even Plagueis mistook generic saber
staffs for being Kun's design. Saberstaffs like Maul's are absolutely not the same thing as Vodo proved when he -a staff wielder- got completely wrecked.
They are not going to be prepared for what Nai's already brought up. Besides assuming that Kun even needs it, his amulet combined with his rage buffs should be pretty much unstoppable physically.

And everybody with first hand experience with it died by Kun's blade.
You see: They will probably expect a double-bladed lightsaber, but more in the sense of what Darth Maul used, which is noteably different in design (and fencing style) from what Kun was utilizing. As AP said: Even Plagueis mistook Maul's weapon for "the weapon of Exar Kun".

They won't expect his blade bypassing theirs and if they did, they would need to dodge every strike of Kun rather than parrying it, which would be a serious challenge for everyone.

See above. That they are common in Krayts time doesn't mean he would work well against it, provided of the tricks Kun has up his sleeves. And Kun is a rather strong and fast fencer, regardless what weapon he uses and he's ambidexterous, giving him a rather huge amount of options that other people don't have fighting with his weapon...

His armor protected him from a Lightsaber strike from Luke in the Empire strikes back.
No. He was wounded.
"Luke answers by rolling sideways and thrusting his sword at Vader so viciously that he nicks Vader on the shoulder. The black armor sparks and smokes and Vader seems to be hurt, but immediately recovers." - The Empire Strikes Back, Movie Script.
There is also the little fact that Luke does cut his hand off with a single strike in ROTJ.
