It changes a great deal. You've managed to proof that Bane can destroy an inanimate object. You have no proof it would have the same effect on Arcann, who has tanked a Force storm from Valkorion that blew passing ships out of the sky. Which in itself demonstrates Arcann to be vastly more powerful than Kas'im, and more than capable of anything he is.

Noticeably superior physicals and probably just as powerful? Not to mention, that nigh-impervious plot armor he sports. Bane with Orbalisk is a different kind of beast in all honesty.
