ROM, Spaceknight Vs DCnu Cyborg

Does cyborg have shields? I can't recall. He should but cant remember. He could bfr Rom....but Rom should take a healthy majority

Current Cyborg is close to top tier, IMO. He takes the majority.

Rom is top tier

as i said in the other thread--i think the neutralizer could eff borg up pretty badly if he could land it. his armor is tailor made to be taken over though. this is pretty close imo.

I reckon Cyborg can hack Rommy.

Does/has ROM hacked?

not to my knowledge but borg could def hack rom unless rom took him out first. tough call. the weapon would be used first, just not sure exactly how much it would take out of borg, or how his shields would handle it.
