Would be a beautiful fight imo but like Pak said, Hulk is too powerful for SuperDoom and if anyone knows it's Pak. He created Superdoom.

If Superman goes up against Hulk, Superman finds a way to calm Hulk down. Superman would turn the other cheek and find a way to understand the problem and reach out. Because Superman would diffuse the fight, Superman would win.

I agree with that. If Superman take the passive approach instead of manning up to fight Hulk, yes, he could win by turning Hulk into Bruce.
