He didn't have the Ikon suit, but he still had the Nth Metal. With Nth Metal he has withstood blows from Lobo, survived a submarine thrown from a class 80 being, and got the upper-hand on Hawkman. I think Slade wins the majority here.

Yea Slade doesn't have the Ikon Suit right now. I believe Slade has Kraven beat in every category including skill. Better stats, weapons, mind....etc...
Like I said their healing factors may be quite even. Unless Kravens resurrection does something for him that I'm not aware of. I'd say it's a stomp.
I am not up to date with Slade's stats with his new tech, but Kraven since his resurrection has been shown to be ridiculously strong. Trading blows with Kaine, Agent Venom and blood lusted Spider-man. He's also killed his son (who at that point was a huge Lion-like mutant strong enough to toss Spider-man around) with his bare hands and minimum efforts. He's supposed to be immortal now too but it's yet to be fully tested. He has ignored being stabbed through the chest.
