A Sith Assassin isn't beating one of the factual most powerful, influential, and masterful Sith Lords in galatic history.

She's forced Mace Windu to use all his skill, defeated Kit Fisto, fought evenly with Kenobi, and has repeatedly bested some of the greatest Jedi in the order's 25,000 year history. Bane hasn't got shit on her in saber skill.

...what? How is the fact that she's an assassin relevant? Maul was an assassin too.

People really don't understand what hyperbole is on this forum.

If she forced Mace to use all his lightsaber skill, then she's on par with Sidious in terms of lightsabers. Do you believe that?

This reminds me of years ago when some random scrub Maul kills was put on par with the best of the Jedi Order because the narrative said he was second to none.

You mean Anoon Bondara? Yeah, he was the Battlemaster at the time, and it was his apprentice's opinion that he was the order's premier lightsaber duelist. That being said, he considered himself inferior to "superior duelists" such as Qui-Gon Jinn or Mace Windu.

Nice false equivalence. Asajj forcing Mace to use all his skill doesn't place her on par with Sidious, it just means she is skilled enough to be a challenge to Mace

Bane's best feats are killing Trainee Sirak, and besting Zannah who hasn't even beaten anyone apart from Set Harth and ****ing Johun Othone. He's got nothing to suggest he'd best her in a saber duel.

Bondara wasn't really considered a scrub. He's got quotes stating he's one of the most renowned swordfighters of his time, was a Jedi weapons master who likely became Battlemaster as well, a master of Teras Kasi, etc. And, well, he lasted about 30 seconds against Maul, a feat I can't say I'd attribute to a scrub.

Not as much as your baseless assumption that He can win a saber duel when his lightsaber feats clearly aren't on her level.

Yeah, Carth it's just Bane's feats require a bit more logical and critical thinking than the "feats or GTFO" approach allows.
