^^ ... "The" God!
"I am going to become GOD, the One, the All Powerful!
And once I become GOD, the Universe and beyond shall be mine"
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Frank Brunner (co-wrote Sise-Neg/Genesis) told us Stan Lee said:
“We can’t do God. You’re going to have to print in the letters column a retraction saying this is not ‘the’ God, this is just a god.”
***But Frank and Steve went ahead and did it anyway by tricking Stan Lee: 😆
"We cooked up this plot we wrote a letter from a Reverend Billingsley in Texas,
a fictional person, saying that one of the children in his parish brought him the comic book,
and he was astounded and thrilled by it, and he said,
“Wow, this is the best comic book I’ve ever read.”

😂 ... Amazing!

This story was bordeline sacrilegious cause it referenced the biblical GOD relating to what Genesis had become.

He was THE "God" and responsible for creating the MU.
That doesn't really mean anything.
Lucifer was created a Multiverse, he's a God, but the Presence is still more powerful than him.
The Source Wall was responsible for creating the New Gods, he's a God in way, but still pale in comparison to the Presence.
Creating the MU is a bad ass feat, but that doesn't put him above TOA/Presence.

Seis-Neg created the MU and everything in it.
"God" > creation of "God" that's just common sense.
Whether or not Sise-Neg decided to re-create only one universe or all universes in the end, it's very clear that Sise-Neg was absorbing the magic from beyond a single universe.
1) He stated he'd have control over the universe "and beyond".
2) Strange and Mordo just before that had their power drained from them while in a void outside of the universe Sise-Neg was currently in, and they both get weak because of it. That alone shows Sise-Neg's scope of power was beyond universal.
3) Author and co-author said Sise-Neg was "the God" and not just "a god".
Supreme Being within Marvel>>>>>> Michael aka not God. Case closed.
