How likely is it that EoGT Goku has surpassed SSJ4 Gogeta from The Shadow Dragon Saga?

Really hard to say, we don't know what merging with the dragonballs does.

As far as we know, all that happen was him becoming immortal. Who knows though.

Uh, that Goku had a century to train. Assuming his power scaled the same way it did from DBZ to GT, he most likely surpassed SSJ4 Gogeta, in his base form by that point.

Agreed after 100years and Goku being implied to be immortal he likely should be far stronger even in Base alone. GT has out of control power levels/rankings anyways.
