Ghost Rider, Spawn vs Zom Strange

Been wondering about this for a little while.

can the team win, or would Dr. Zom steamroll them?

No BFR.

Zom Strange should win if he doesn't fear the Zom power corrupting him.

I agree. But that's a big if.
