Seriously though, he does have a few feats, but those feats are not enough to suggest he could take the monsters listed in the OP.

I can see him maybe taking out Fixit and Manjobber, that's it.

Surfer beat the shit out of hulk and his warbound,and they broke his disc.and he stopped fighting completely...this was without his PC and he was further weakened,he 3 shotted skar with amped punches and almost 3 shotted brb....against morg his clash with morg smashed the planet and cracked about 4-5 moons,he punched lunatic from one end of a planet to another....his h2h feats are top notch

Surfer is a pacifist and is written like one by Marvel. Fan boys know this and will attack surfer's weaknesses in forum debates. They will argue he can't brawl because they know how Marvel writes the character. Trying to find surfer brawling feats is almost impossible because the character is not written that way.

Of course, but as you know there's a difference between being able to brawl, and being exceptionally good at it.

Most heroes are good at brawling. It's part and parcel of being a superhero unless it's a part of your character that you're shit at fighting.
