On paper, She Hulk has superior physical stats. But Val has that mystic sword and FAR, FAR superior combat skills.

Then you have Valkyrie unleashed. She Hulk wants no part of that. Sword or no sword.

Like I said, if you want to compare "unleashed" forms, Valkyrie destroys her.

"Normal" levels, I'd still give to Val because of mystic weapons and fighting skill.

The Unleashed version took out She Hulk and more.

The Normal version would have trouble with She Hulk strictly H2H. Even though Valkyrie is the more experienced fighter, She Hulk has better physical stats and some H2H training.
