Loki should dominate him until he tires. Loki doesent have same physiology as Thor and should be cut deeper than Wolverine did those scratches to Thor.
Eventually due to stips Wolverine will have to get some wins unless Loki KO's him which he should be able to do

-- Loki would stand a better chance if he were allowed to use his shapeshifting powers. Logan is faster, more skilled and his claws will completely ignore Loki's durability.
