Battle computer similar to Midnighter. Took on jack hawksmore. Although, I think he was weakened. Need to double check. Also has pheromone powers and can conjure up multiple types of weapons. Your basic super speed, strength, and enhanced senses. I also remember her taking on some clones of the High. A mid level brick, similar to Apollo.

Cybernary is never unarmed. It's a good fight but I think I'd side with Cybernary here. Midnighter's predictive combat abilities appear to be significantly better than hers, but she does have some things going for her. Even taking away her guns and swords, she still has her electrified wrist whip-swords, horns that can shoot blades, claws, blades that can come out of anywhere on her body, pheromones and EMPs. Midnighter can probably avoid her blades (though the whips would be hard since I think she can control them at full extension) and the EMP might not bother him too much (though there's a chance it could hurt him), but her pheromones should eventually get to him. He'd be able to ignore them for a while, but just like Assassin8's eventually got to him, hers might. Then again, his homosexuality might keep him safe from her charms. And all of this comes from someone physically on or above his level. All in all, he'd have a hard time staying alive before he can even go on the offensive, and even if he starts attacking, her abilities should be sufficient to avoid his punches and kicks since that's all he has. She'd probably be able to connect eventually (before he could, or at least before he could enough times for her to go down), which is why I think she'd win. If it drags on a while though and Midnighter isn't subject to her pheromones, he might be able to set her up since his combat computer can see much further than hers can.__If it were truly unarmed (and Cybernary somehow got totally stripped of her weapons) I'd say Midnighter, but in pretty much any other fight I think it's more likely that Cybernary would win._
