Balrog vs. Storm/Cyclops

*Storm is in flight during the match

*Distance is 25 feet

Bane gets blasted to pieces.

I don't know that Storm could sustain an elemental storm long enough to significantly affect the, Balrog. I'm sure, Cyclops' optic blast would be affective against the, Balrog but being only twenty five feet away, i think the, Balrog closes distance and kills, Cyclops very quickly.

Cyclops blasted through dozens of tons of reinforced concrete and steel quite easily. I don't think DB could power through that, and we saw how big a storm Storm could actually make in DOFP.
