So long as Kotick is still CEO and if he still remains one after the acquisition, it's definitely hard to wanna play Blizzard games overseen by Rumplestiltskin especially after, y'know, the controversies? Have we already forgotten the lawsuits with his name in 'em? Ah but dude, that battle pass! Itz gotz skins and hero poses! Grinding for that Mythic Genji go brrrrr!
Remember that big PvE story mode for OW2 that was promised 3 years ago? With a talent tree & everything? Well we got an update. This is what rewards blind devotion to Blizzard.

Yep.
Apparently they stopped working on the PvE & hero talent missions a year and a half ago. They kept their mouths shut this long so not to deter players from buying more skins they no doubt did out of support for the now dead modes they were looking forward to. This is grounds for a lawsuit ignoring the fact Blizzard also ripped a game out of people's hands they paid full price for (OW1) to on purposely give them a lesser version.
Glad I abandoned ship during the OW2 beta though I suppose this whole time it was still a beta wasn't it? Wouldn't be til yesterday they confirmed the current model being the finalized product after cancelling the 2019 preview. This 5v5, monetization heavy pos.
Gamers need to learn from that last bit -- your money speaks louder than your words. Blizzard doesn't give AF that Youtube essayists make hour long complaint videos if the cash is still rolling in.
The same happened with Diablo Immortal -- everyone moaned about it but it hit #4 in its category on Google play.

Considering what we have already that most don't support more compared to what modern gaming presents, we know we can make a difference and even have before us the substitutes if you can't bear to go without playing something like it yet we still let the most greedy practices go through like cutting a campaign up into sections and charge $15 each where over time will cost more than the whole story would've been for $60 (wtf). The Blizzard community is unbearably hypocritical for all the talk they make how much this all sucks.
